How to Activate a Cancelled or No-Show Booking in eZee Frontdesk
Steps to Activate a Cancelled Booking
- Click on the Navigation button.
- Select Front Office > Booking List.
- To search for a cancelled booking:
- Click on the date filter and select the Arrival Date of the booking.
- Uncheck Active Booking and click on Search.
- All bookings for the selected date will be listed.
- Cancelled bookings are marked in red.
- Select the booking to be activated and click Edit.
- Navigate to the Cancelled section and select the Transaction.
- Click on Group Options > Activate Transaction.
- Enter the new Arrival and Departure Date.
- The booking is now successfully activated.
Alternative Method to Activate a Cancelled Booking
- Select the cancelled booking.
- Click Edit.
- Click Activate.
Activating a No-Show Booking
- Follow the same steps as activating a cancelled booking.
